What you can hold us to,in writing.

01Scope and proposals

Work is defined in a written proposal: deliverables, price, timeline and assumptions. Anything outside it is a change request, priced and agreed before it is built. The architecture sprint, audit and diagnostic fees are credited in full against the build that follows them.

02Payment

Fixed-scope builds are billed by milestone. Retainers and squads are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due in 14 days by bank transfer, Wise or card; third-party fees (model usage, hosting, licences) are billed at cost.

Late payment pauses work after 7 days’ notice; it never removes your access to code already delivered.

03Ownership and intellectual property

• Repositories, cloud projects, domains and data are created in your accounts, or transferred to them on first payment
• All deliverables built for you are assigned to you on payment of the relevant milestone
• Workwox keeps ownership of pre-existing tools and generic components and grants you a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them in the deliverables
• Open-source components stay under their own licences, listed in the handover

04Confidentiality and NDA

Everything you share is confidential by default, before and after the engagement, for five years. We sign your NDA or provide ours before the first call on request. We name you as a client only with written permission.

06Warranty and support

Defects in delivered scope reported within 30 days of go-live are fixed at no charge. After that, fixes and changes are covered by a run retainer or quoted separately. We do not warrant third-party services or work modified by others.

07Liability

Our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for it in the preceding 12 months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or what cannot be limited by law.

08Termination

• Fixed-scope: either party may end on written notice; you pay for work completed and receive everything built to date
• Squads and retainers: 30 days’ written notice after the minimum term
• Handover on exit: code, credentials, documentation and a recorded walkthrough within 10 working days

09Contracting entity and law

Contracts and invoices are issued by Workwox Private Limited; the contracting entity for your region is confirmed at proposal. Governed by the laws of Sweden; disputes go to mediation first, then the courts of Stockholm.
