01Five steps

  1. 1

    ScopeFree

Send the problem in your own words, or book a call. Within one business day you get a written reply: what we understood, what we would build first, a price band and whether we are the right team. If we are not, we say so.

  2. 2

    Architect10 working days

The architecture sprint: system map, data model, integration list, risks, and a fixed price for the build. You receive the documents whether or not you continue with us. The fee is credited against the build.

  3. 3

    BuildMilestones

Weekly demo, weekly written status, code in your repository from the first commit. Milestones billed 30 / 30 / 30 / 10. Change requests are priced separately and never slipped in.

    30% · kick-off
    30% · mid-build demo
    30% · launch-ready
    10% · go-live
  4. 4

    LaunchParity first

URL inventory and redirect map, tracking verified in DebugView and Events Manager, backups tested by restoring them, a runbook your team can follow, and a two-week watch after go-live.

  5. 5

    RunMonthly

Releases, monitoring, prompt and model tuning, tracking health, quarterly architecture review. Monthly, cancel with 30 days’ notice.

02The architecture sprint

Ten working days for any build above USD 15,000. USD 2,500 to 3,500 depending on scope, credited in full against the build.

A system map
A data model
An integration list with failure cases
A risk register
A fixed-price proposal
If you take the documents elsewhere, they are yours.

05What you can hold us to

Code, repositories, environments and infrastructure in your name from the first commit
A written status every week, and a demo you can click
A reply within one business day across US, UK and GCC hours
No AI-generated code merged without an engineer reading it; no AI answer to a customer without a server-side guard
Backups restored, not just taken. Tracking verified, not just installed
If a scope is wrong, we say so before we bill for it

The contract version is in our terms of engagement.

Questions about working with us

Before you write to us.

01

Where are contracts and invoices issued from?

+
Workwox Private Limited; the contracting entity for your region is confirmed at proposal. Payment by bank transfer, Wise or card.
02

Do you sign NDAs?

+
Yes, before the first call if you prefer.
03

Which time zones do you cover?

+
US Eastern mornings through GCC evenings on every business day, with on-call cover under retainers.
04

Can we start small?

+
Yes: the audit, the diagnostic or a single integration are all designed as first steps.
05

What happens to our project if a Workwox engineer leaves?

+
Every project has more than one engineer with context and a written runbook; continuity is a standard, not a promise.

Start with the step
that fits.

An audit, a diagnostic, a sprint or a project. Each one ends with something written you can keep.
